Union Payroll Specialist
Salary:$70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Union Payroll Specialist:

Process payroll for union employees across multiple unions, job sites, and jurisdictions.

Prepare certified payroll reports and required union compliance documentation.
Audit payroll data for compliance with collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage laws.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and accounting teams to validate payroll and job costing information.

Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist:

Experience processing payroll in a union, construction, or similar labor-intensive environment.
Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, union wage rates, and fringe benefit contributions.
Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage requirements.
Proficiency with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
