Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Corporate Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization by implementing effective security measures, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice on loss prevention strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a safe working environment.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Provide training on conflict management, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures, including CPR and first aid.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to address security concerns.
Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other criminal activities within the organization.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and recommend improvements based on findings.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveillance technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in corporate security concierge , law enforcement, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and conflict management techniques.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
A military background or relevant certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
