Kitchen Quality Control Supervisor

Pay: $52,000.00 per year

Job description:
Are you passionate about food safety and quality Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key We’re looking for a Kitchen Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee food manufacturing operations for ready-to-eat products. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining top-tier quality and food safety standards while leading a dedicated team in a warehouse cooler environment.

What You’ll Do

Supervise the Kitchen QA team to ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, Allergen Control, and Food Safety Programs
Train and mentor team members on kitchen policies and quality procedures
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met throughout the kitchen
Maintain regulatory compliance and serve as the point of contact for inspections
Conduct internal audits and ensure the facility is audit-ready at all times
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of experience in Food Quality Assurance
HACCP Certification (SQF Practitioner, PCQI, and Food Defense Certification preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
