ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with Team members within the customer service department. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Monday - Friday (10:30am - 7pm) Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Hybrid Role: 220 Remington Blvd - Bolingbrook, IL

Hourly: $18.88

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via phone and chat communications.
Promote and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Offer basic troubleshooting to customer including product knowledge, recommendations and problem resolution.
Participates in assigned projects and consistently meet department goals.
Support activities for the department as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have basic math and computer skills.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
Data driven and comfortable in environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
Customer service experience preferred
