Responsibilities
- Lead all dealership accounting and financial operations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, lender, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong accounting controls and operational procedures
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and key financial performance metrics
- Partner with dealership leadership to support strategic business decisions
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, and financial partners
