CNA program is 15 Days, Pharmacy Tech is 10 Weeks and Billing and Coding is 3 months, HVAC is 3 months
Phlebotomy program is 28 Days, Phlebotomy is 4 weeks
Medical Assistant is 5 months with an externship included!! They may hire you!

Responsibilities Individuals interested in pursuing careers in medical assisting, phlebotomy, pharmacy technology, medical billing and coding, patient care technician (PCT), or certified nursing assistant (CNA). You will gain vital skills in patient interaction, clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and healthcare documentation within a supportive learning environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on patient lives while advancing their healthcare careers.
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as vital signs measurement, specimen collection (phlebotomy), and basic patient care.
- Support pharmacy operations by preparing medications and understanding medication management procedures.
- Perform administrative duties including medical billing, coding, and maintaining accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation using systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
- Learn and apply infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Help with patient intake processes, including history taking and updating medical records accurately.
- Support various departments such as outpatient clinics, inpatient units, long-term care facilities, or home care settings to gain diverse healthcare experience.
- Participate in training sessions on anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and emergency procedures like basic life support (BLS).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some healthcare-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
- Strong interest in healthcare careers with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting compassionately with patients and team members.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks preferred.
- Willingness to participate in hands-on training involving clinical procedures like catheter care, medication administration, or Hoyer lift use.
- Prior experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized care such as Alzheimer’s or dementia care is advantageous.
