Job Summary

We're looking for ambitious, disciplined, and coachable individuals who want to build a career as an Insurance Sales Agent.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, warm leads, and licensing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

You'll speak with individuals who have requested information about protecting their families and financial future, conduct phone consultations, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

This is a performance-based opportunity designed for people who are motivated by personal growth, professional development, and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

Speak with warm inbound leads who have requested information about insurance and financial protection.
Conduct professional phone consultations with prospective clients.
Build trust and establish strong client relationships.
Identify clients' needs, goals, and financial protection priorities.
Educate clients about available insurance solutions.
Recommend products and solutions based on individual needs.
Follow a proven sales process from initial conversation through close.
Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.
Follow up with prospects and clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records and customer information in the CRM.
Participate in daily training, coaching, and sales development.
Consistently work toward individual sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

No previous insurance experience required.
Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable speaking with people by phone.
Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
Positive and professional attitude.
Ability to obtain or already possess a Life & Health Insurance License.
Licensing assistance is available.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the life insurance and financial protection solutions you help clients secure.
Income is performance-based and varies by individual. Full-time representatives who consistently apply our training and sales process may earn $75,000 to $185,000+ annually. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on factors including individual effort, production, and business results.
