Content Creator & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Naples, FL (Hybrid)
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per week

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Content Creator & Brand Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, branding, and storytelling and is looking to grow professionally while helping build multiple established brands.

Our flagship brand, Chef Global, is focused on becoming a trusted authority in global culinary education through food, culture, and storytelling. In this role, you'll primarily support Chef, while also helping manage content for Creative Catering Naples and Global Performance Nutrition.

You'll work alongside a collaborative creative team that includes a graphic designer, video editor, photographers, and videographers. Your role is to help plan, create, organize, and publish engaging content that strengthens each brand and maintains a consistent online presence.

Responsibilities

Manage content calendars across multiple brands.
Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Film original content for Chef, including educational, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content.
Create engaging Reels and short-form videos using both newly captured footage and our existing content library.
Perform light-to-moderate editing for social media content.
Organize and maintain our digital content library.
Collaborate with our graphic designer and video editor to execute content efficiently.
Coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure the right content is captured for events and projects.
Stay current on social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all brands.

Weekly Schedule

This position follows a consistent weekly schedule of approximately 12 hours per week.

Monday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Remote)

Content planning

Scheduling and publishing

Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (On-Site)

Content creation
Filming Chef content
Creative planning
Team collaboration

Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Hybrid)

Content production
Editing
Organizing media
Preparing and scheduling content for the upcoming week

Additional paid hours may be available for catering events, private events, community events, content shoots, and other special projects as business needs arise.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Has experience editing engaging Reels and short-form videos using CapCut or similar editing software.
Understands how to create engaging videos through storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, music, and thoughtful editing—not simply relying on pre-made or AI-generated templates.
Is comfortable filming high-quality content using a smartphone.
Has a creative eye for branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Enjoys collaborating with others while also working independently.
Brings a positive attitude, takes initiative, and enjoys contributing new ideas.
