Job Overview

Vision Landscapes is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist / Recruiter to join our team as we continue our growth.

In this highly incentivized and pivotal role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. The more successful talent that is hired and retained equals additional pay for you!

Your passion for connecting people with opportunities will help shape our organization’s growth and success. You will utilize innovative sourcing strategies, leverage advanced talent management software, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

This is not a remote or work from home position.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and cold calling to generate candidate leads
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with employment law in talent management practices
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies
Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements and employment & labor law throughout all recruitment activities
Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent
Coordinate employee orientation sessions and facilitate employee evaluation processes for new hires
Engage in research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to enhance recruiting effectiveness

Experience

Proven 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer acceptance and manage candidate expectations effectively
Demonstrated ability in social media management (recruitment) for lead generation and employer branding purposes
Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships professionally
Experience conducting interviews using structured techniques and assessing candidate fit for organizational culture and role requirements
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
