Office Administrative Assistant / Data Entry & Community Support

ASPEN PERSONAL CARE SERVICE LLC – Boundary County

ASPEN PERSONAL CARE SERVICE LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is primarily office-based, with approximately 80% of the job focused on data entry and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong computer and data entry skills
Good math skills
Excellent phone and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively in both slower-paced and fast-paced environments
Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, caregiving field, or related environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
Patient, professional, and compassionate when working with clients and staff
Understanding of confidentiality requirements and willingness to strictly follow HIPAA regulations. As we work with children and adults with in-home care needs.

Requirements:

Completely clear background check
Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
Ability to occasionally travel to client homes to drop off or pick up paperwork when needed
Non-smoker; no smoking permitted on company property (DOES NOT APPLY IF CAREGIVING RULES IF A SMOKING CLIENT IS MATCHED WITH A SMOKING EMPLOYEE)
Willingness to assist with basic office upkeep, including keeping up with daily light cleaning.
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule: (please don't apply if you can't work these hrs below unless caregiving only)

Monday through Friday
7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Major holidays are generally not required workdays

We are looking for someone reliable, professional, organized, and committed to providing quality service to our clients and team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an office environment, handling minimal to moderate amounts of data entry and chat system work, answering phones, communicating with clients and employees, and paying close attention to detail. Basic job duties will be asked. The main office handles all in-depth questions.
