```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

```Duties```
- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities, such as record keeping, filing, and data entry
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills, including record keeping and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience supervising a team and managing their performance
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
