Job description:

Fire Protection System Inspection and Service Technician

Location: Texas (Remote-Based Position)
Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians and Fire Alarm Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a remote-based position, meaning you will dispatch directly from your home and travel throughout Texas to perform service, inspections, testing, and repairs for our customers. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm service work
Experience performing inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
Knowledge of NFPA codes and industry standards
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Fire pump inspection, testing, and service experience (highly preferred)
NICET certification is a plus
Experience with commercial and industrial fire protection systems

Responsibilities:

Dispatch from home to customer locations throughout Texas
Perform scheduled inspections, testing, maintenance, and service calls
Troubleshoot and repair fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems
Complete inspection reports and service documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Maintain a professional relationship with customers
Participate in on-call rotations as required
