Established Allstate Exclusive Agency with a 2,500+ household book is hiring its sole Licensed Sales Producer. Fully remote anywhere in Texas. Allstate Exclusive Agency experience required.
COMPENSATION
- Base: $40,000–$50,000 per year based on experience
- Commission: 18% of agency commission earned on every policy you write — new business and renewals on policies that stay on the books
- Commission pays 90 days post-bind
- OTE Year 1: $70,000–$95,000 for solid producers, $110,000+ for elite
- OTE Year 2 and beyond: $120,000+ as your renewal book builds

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license at time of application
- 2+ years as a Licensed Sales Producer at an Allstate Exclusive Agency
- Documented $60,000+ monthly new written premium for the last 6 months
- Working knowledge of Alliance, A360, NextGen, Allstate Sales Connection
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

- Cross-sell the existing book through annual reviews
- Build 5+ referral partnerships in 6 months
- Grow into daily operational lead of the agency

Your monthly commission grows automatically as you build your book, because every policy you wrote last month keeps paying you this month at renewal. The longer you stay, the more you earn without writing a single new policy. Sell more life and multi-line — life commissions and multi-line bundles pay the agency more, which means they pay you more. No separate bonuses to chase. The formula does the work for you.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING
- Health, dental, and vision are the producer's responsibility
- PTO accrues at 10 days after 12 months of continuous service
- This is a sole-producer seat with no other producers on the team
- Producers under $40,000 NWP/month by month 4 will be reviewed
- Commission pays 90 days post-bind to align with policy persistency
