Benchmark Management is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands. This role serves as the operational backbone of our marketing department, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, content is engaging and accurate, and events are coordinated seamlessly.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. Digital Marketing & Content Management Responsibilities

Manage and maintain digital marketing platforms, including social media channels, websites, Google Business Profiles, Yelp, online reviews, email, LinkedIn and more.
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising. and customer feedback platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple channels while ensuring all content aligns with our brand standards and messaging guidelines
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
Manage content creation and content management systems such as Canva, ensuring all materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Yelp and other analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Support conversion optimization initiatives by testing landing pages, ad copy, and call-to-actions to maximize ROI.
Assist with marketing automation workflows and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships
Stay current with digital marketing trends including SEM, performance marketing, HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript, SQL queries, and content management best practices.
Uphold brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality content creation and execution.
Support storytelling efforts across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Assist in strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement across all company brands.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams.
Coordinate marketing support for meetings, trade shows, conferences, community events, and promotional activities.
Maintain an organized inventory of marketing materials and coordinate the development of new assets as needed.
Manage relationships and project timelines with external vendors, including printers, designers, photographers, and other marketing partners.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, marketing research methods, and content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
Photography and/or videography experience required.
Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; familiarity with social media ads, Google Ads (AdWords) is essential.
Strong knowledge of social media management platforms and advertising tools including Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency in systems like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), for graphic design purposes.
Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems; basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; understanding of performance metrics is crucial.
Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content across multiple channels.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, SEM, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and related digital tools is advantageous.
Technical skills such as JavaScript or SQL are beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is valued.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
