As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care while supporting and leading the nursing team. You'll:

Oversee patient care by directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members

Provide hands-on care through medication and treatment administration

Monitor residents closely and recognize, respond to, and manage acute changes in condition

Help create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment where residents feel valued and respected

Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin (LPNs with experience will be considered!)

Degree from an accredited school of nursing

Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions

Excellent time management and organizational skills
-
Ability to both give and receive direction

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
