Team ROVI is one of New England’s perennial top-producing teams and a chosen Zillow Preferred Partner — trusted to represent Zillow’s brand across Greater Boston and to serve their clients at the highest level. We were just cleared for 100 more connections a month, and we’re bringing on 5 new agents now.

Here’s what makes this different from every “we have leads” pitch you’ve heard:

Once a month, Zillow texts you two questions — how many leads do you want, and which ZIP codes? You answer. As long as you’re working the leads you’re given, you set your own volume in the neighborhoods you want, from the city to the suburbs. You control the pipeline.

And we mean it when we say we don’t care how big you go. Want to run hard and stack a huge year? We’re built for that. Only want 6–12 clean deals a year on your own terms? Just as welcome. You pick the pace; we supply the leads.

What we hand you

Zillow Preferred leads in the ZIP codes you choose, month after month
Live transfer showings — a buyer requests a showing online and is connected straight to your cell, live
In-house transaction coordinators and lenders so you stay focused on clients
No desk fees and no junk fees — more of your commission stays yours
Real team-lead and broker support, and training whether you’ve been licensed 20 days or 20 years

What you’ll do

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate
Write purchase and listing agreements for your clients
Run property evaluations to price sellers’ homes
Stay responsive to your clients when they need you
Keep your CRM and channel-partner systems current

What you need

An active Massachusetts real estate license, or one in progress — newer agents are welcome
A phone, a car, and the drive to work the leads you ask for

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity. You run your own business; we hand you the pipeline to grow it.
