Job Description:
Definitive Technology Group (DTG) designs, develops, and delivers advanced battery systems and mobile workstations that enhance safety, mobility, and efficiency for organizations across warehouse logistics, hospitality, BioPharma, healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Seeking a full-time, creative, enthusiastic, highly organized marketing team member who can design strong visual assets, create social media content, and support event execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both “make it look great” and “make it happen” work—supporting various campaigns for multiple verticals, partner/channel initiatives, product storytelling, and trade shows.
You’ll play a key role in bringing DTG’s brand and products to life through compelling visual assets, engaging social content, and strong event support. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design and produce on-brand marketing assets across digital and print, including:
- Product renderings both static and animated,
- Animated videos
- Brochures, flyers, case studies, sales support materials, newsletters and business cards
- Trade show signage, booth graphics, banners, and handouts
- Email graphics, web graphics, landing page visuals, and digital ads
- Presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and co-branded partner enablement materials
- Maintain DTG brand consistency (typography, layout, color, iconography) across all deliverables
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers as needed
- Manage multiple projects at once, communicating timelines and status clearly
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create short-form content for LinkedIn and other DTG channels (graphics, carousels, short videos, animated videos, motion graphics)
- Help plan and schedule content aligned to product launches, partner initiatives, events, and campaigns
- Capture and edit content from internal teams and events (photo/video clips, interviews, booth walk-throughs)
- Assist with creation of YouTube projects (including strategy, script writing, filming and editing)
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement) and suggest improvements to content formats and cadence
Event & Tradeshow Support
- Assist with trade show and event logistics, including:
- Shipping/receiving, packing lists, and booth asset checklists
- Swag ordering, collateral prep, signage coordination
- On-site support when needed (setup, booth coverage coordination, content capture)
- Film, edit and post live clips from major events
- Help coordinate partner events, set up partner meetings and manage internal marketing calendars
- Support post-event follow-up assets (recap posts, photo albums, highlights, email graphics)
Marketing Support
- Maintain and update website content
- Maintain and update Notion
- Strong commitment to collaboration, accountability and meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail in both creative execution and administrative tasks
- Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly and work effectively in a team environment
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree required
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or content creation (B2B preferred)
- Strong proficiency in creating product renderings using Solidworks or similar software
- Proficiency creating animated videos using Blender or similar software
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);
- Experience creating content for social media (especially LinkedIn);video editing skills preferred
- Photography/video capture experience
- Strong layout, typography, and production skills (digital + print)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, engineering and sales teams
- Willingness to occasionally travel for events/trade shows
- Strong commitment to collaboration, accountability and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B events/trade shows
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, hospitality, mobility, or technology marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing and campaign workflows Pardot/HubSpot/Mailchimp—any similar tool)
- Experience creating animated videos

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
