Our Water Taxi Captain positions offer a unique and every changing workload. You would independently be responsible for ferrying passengers to and from our stops within the inner Boston Harbor. Passenger demand dictates the daily route, and the ideal candidate would quickly learn to maximize the efficiency of the trips.

Qualified candidates for this job will hold, at minimum, a current USCG MMC 25 ton license. Excellent customer service skills and a desire to succeed with a growing company are also qualities that we require.

Given the nature of this business, Weekend and Holiday work availability is necessary.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate vessels in accordance with US Coast Guard regulations.
Pre and Post safety and engine checklist to be completed at start and end of every shift.
Become familiar with all water taxi locations within the Boston Harbor.
Assist passengers on and off water taxis and charter boats.
Captain or 1st Mate our charter vessels.
Able to work varied work schedules.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 30-40lbs repeatedly during a shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
