Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Google & Meta Ads Manager to develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and has excellent phone communication skills to speak with clients, explain campaign performance, and provide exceptional customer service. Also assisting with phone calls and office tasks when requested.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads).
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively across platforms.
Communicate with clients by phone to discuss campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations.
Answer client questions professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
Stay current on Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and new features.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional certification.
Experience with local lead generation, service-based businesses, and e-commerce advertising.
Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking software, and marketing automation platforms.
