Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions form invoices and/or dispatch software.
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Update receivables and collect on unpaid invoices.
Maintain records.
Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers
Resolve discrepancies.
Protect company value by keeping information confidential.
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the job training.
Additional duties as needed.
