Full Job Description

Therapeutic Training & Support Specialist (TT&S) or Therapeutic Mentor (TM)

About Us:

Collaborative, Modern, and Diverse Private Practice
Home-based mentoring and family therapy work in person in the community.
Offices located in Canton and Dedham, MA.
We are a team of family and individual therapists and medication prescribers who support families with children and teens at high risk for behavioral and mental health symptoms.
Our staff receive: office support, billing management, individual and group/peer supervision, flexible scheduling, referral from our intake coordinator, electronic health records access, and credentialing support.

Compensation:

$22 to $25 dollars per hour equivalent or up to $50,000 per year (and up to a $500 sign on bonus)
Fee for Service Profit Sharing model (Percentage based), staff payout increases as insurance billing rates increase annually.

TTS Qualifications:

Must be a bachelor’s level (or above) with a degree in related human services field (Required)
MA driver's license required with clean driving record and access to personal vehicle (Required)
Must have excellent writing and communication skills
Experience in navigating any of the child/family-serving systems and experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems for minimum of 1 year (Required)

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Use established psychotherapeutic techniques/interventions to help improve youth’s behavior, prevent inpatient admission, and strengthen caregiver(s) parenting skills
Support the Master’s level In-Home Therapist with implementation of the developed treatment plan to assist youth and family in achieving the goals of the plan
Work closely with Master’s level In-Home Therapist to ensure delivery of high quality services
Maintain paper and electronic records in an orderly and timely manner.
Participate and come prepared to weekly supervision and staff meetings
Attend necessary trainings
Ensure that all services are provided in a professional manner, ensuring privacy and safety
Abide by all HIPAA laws and regulations and professional ethics
