Are you a recent Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related graduate looking for an opportunity to build real software—not just write code in a classroom?
Fulfillment America is looking for a motivated Junior Business Applications Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience developing business applications, websites, system integrations, and automation tools that support a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment operation.
You’ll work directly with experienced developers, IT professionals, and business leaders on projects that make an immediate impact across our organization.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and enhance internal business applications.
· Assist with maintaining and improving company websites and customer portals.
· Create tools that automate business processes and improve efficiency.
· Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases and write SQL queries.
· Assist with API and FTP integrations between client and internal systems.
· Troubleshoot software and application issues.
· Work directly with Operations, Customer Service, Production, Accounting, and Management to develop technology solutions.
· Test, document, and support new software applications and enhancements.
· Learn new technologies while contributing to real business projects.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
· Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork.
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience through school, internships, or personal projects with some of the following:
