What You’ll Do

Originate residential mortgage loans
Build and manage your own pipeline and referral relationships
Guide borrowers from application through closing
Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
Work closely with in-house processing and compliance teams
Assist with onboarding, and developing new loan officers to help grow the branch.
Grow consistent monthly production while maintaining service quality

What We’re Looking For

Active NMLS license (required)
Proven success as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong history of personal production.
Leadership experience or the demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead a high-performing mortgage sales team.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
