What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Supporting the delivery of project governance frameworks and process standardization initiatives across the portfolio
Maintaining and analyzing project health metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization for leadership reporting
Coordinating data collection and consolidation from multiple project teams to inform portfolio-level dashboards and reports
Assisting with financial tracking, variance analysis, and budget reconciliation at the project and program level
Contributing to the development and refinement of PMO processes, templates, and standards
Working with project managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance policies and reporting requirements
Supporting capacity planning, resource allocation analysis, and workload balancing across active projects

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

2 to 5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project delivery support role
Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and platforms, particularly Jira or comparable systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and present project metrics and financial data
Experience with process documentation, standard operating procedures, or process improvement
Competency in financial reporting, budget tracking, or cost management within a project environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting or dashboard tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Authorization to work in the United States
