Position Summary
Outdoor Personia designs and builds outdoor living structures. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to own the performance marketing engine that drives leads into our business, and the systems that turn those leads into happy, well-informed clients. This role blends hands-on digital marketing execution — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — with a strong focus on client experience, using HubSpot, Buildertrend, automation, and AI to make every touchpoint smoother, from the first inquiry through post-sale follow-up.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and optimize client interactions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be technical proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and web analytics, combined with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities
Paid & Organic Digital Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads, managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Own SEO strategy and execution — on-page optimization, local SEO, content structure, and technical health — to grow organic visibility.
- Build out AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) practices to ensure our content performs well in AI-driven search and answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance using Google Analytics and platform-native dashboards, using insights to continuously optimize spend and content.
- Support supplementary content creation (social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, graphics, and short-form video) that fuels paid and organic campaigns.
Client Experience & Automation
- Design and maintain HubSpot workflows that guide leads from first contact through the sales process — automated follow-ups, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and internal handoff notifications.
- Partner with the sales and production teams to ensure a seamless handoff from HubSpot into Buildertrend once a client signs, keeping project communication, timelines, and client-facing updates consistent and professional.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve response times, personalize communication, and reduce manual work across the client journey — from initial inquiry to post-sale check-ins and review requests.
- Maintain and improve email/text templates, review-generation sequences, and post-sale communication touchpoints to strengthen client satisfaction and referrals.
- Track client experience metrics (response time, satisfaction, review volume) and recommend process improvements.
Project & Brand Management
- Assist in updating and maintaining website content using WordPress, Elementor, etc., with SEO and AEO best practices in mind.
- Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for campaign or content support.
- Create compelling content including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless website management, technical SEO implementation (including CSS, HTML, JavaScript), and integration of marketing automation tools.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns; develop strategies for social media management that foster engagement across diverse audiences.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online platforms, and implementing conversion optimization techniques.
- Travel: 25%, in proximity to our three New England Design Centers.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and working knowledge of SEO. Experience with CRM-driven client communication (HubSpot preferred) is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, budget management, reporting).
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and practices (Google Search Console, keyword research, on-page optimization); familiarity with AEO concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for workflow automation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Buildertrend (or similar project management software) a plus, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for supporting creative assets.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- AI Literacy: An understanding of how AI and automation tools can be applied to marketing, lead nurturing, and client communication — from ad optimization to content generation to workflow automation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for how communication shapes the client experience.
