Full Job Description

Yardi Systems Administrator - must have at least 5 years experience with Yardi

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Yardi Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Property Management technological ecosystem, with a primary focus on Yardi systems, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT infrastructure. This role involves training employees, supporting software implementations, and fostering strong relationships with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Yardi and have the knowledge to troubleshoot errors, create custom reporting and build out new databases.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze Company Needs: Apply keen attention to detail to assess operational needs, identifying optimal software products and services to meet their business and process goals.
Advise Leadership: Use strong interpersonal skills to guide leadership team in maximizing their use of Yardiand other platforms for enhanced value.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 environments, managing user accounts, security policies, and advanced configurations to optimize productivity.
Internet Security Systems: Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to secure organizational data and systems.
Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve software functionality, reporting, and integration issues across Yardi & MS365.
Manage Integrations: Oversee software integrations, maintenance, and updates for multiple systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Lead Implementations: Guide company through software implementation processes, from setup to integration, configuring initial system settings for Yardi and other platforms..
Conduct Meetings: Facilitate helpdesk meetings, providing expert guidance to build confidence in software utilization.
Enhance Processes: Perform system and business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements across platforms.
Proactive Support: Anticipate and address company concerns, enlisting support for complex requests and issues.

Who You Are:

Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting, with a focus on Yardi systems or similar client-facing roles.
2+ years as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, proficient in managing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
2+ years of property management based experience
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager including configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, security compliance, and user management.
Soft Skills:
Strong project management skills
