Join one of the fastest-growing fitness movements in the world.

Elite Health & Fitness is looking for an energetic, motivating, and knowledgeable coach to lead our growing HYROX training program. We're searching for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys coaching athletes of all fitness levels, and is passionate about helping members improve performance while building an incredible community.

We're hiring immediately for our morning HYROX program: 6 classes a week to start with more to offer as the program grows.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 AM
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 8:00 AM

This is an excellent opportunity for a coach looking to build recurring classes while becoming a key part of a rapidly expanding performance program.

Responsibilities

Coach high-energy HYROX group training sessions
Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive training environment
Demonstrate proper movement technique and provide exercise modifications
Help members improve strength, endurance, running performance, and race readiness
Build relationships with members and encourage long-term participation
Arrive early to prepare equipment and ensure a professional class experience
Maintain a clean and organized training area

Qualifications

Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
Group fitness coaching experience preferred
HYROX, functional fitness, CrossFit, endurance, strength & conditioning, or sports performance experience is a plus
CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain)
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
Comfortable coaching members of varying experience levels

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings great energy at 5:30 in the morning. The ideal coach is confident leading groups, enjoys building relationships with members, and wants to help grow one of the premier HYROX programs on the South Shore.
