Full Job Description

IDR is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized healthcare IT and related corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality hires quickly. You’ll support a mission-driven healthcare organization known for high standards, innovation, and a strong commitment to patient and employee outcomes.

Position Overview for the IT Healthcare Recruiter:

Manage end-to-end recruiting (sourcing through offer) for healthcare IT and related professional roles
Partner with hiring managers to define needs, align on profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions
Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job boards, networking, referrals, events)
Ensure accurate applicant tracking and compliant hiring documentation throughout the process
Represent the organization to candidates with clear, engaging communication and a high-touch experience

Requirements for the IT Healthcare Recruiter:

5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting responsibilities
Demonstrated experience recruiting healthcare professionals, with a strong preference for healthcare IT recruiting
Proven ability to source and screen candidates for specialized, technical roles and manage multiple requisitions effectively
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders on selection best practices
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
