Full Job Description

Our dental office seeks a motivated team player for either a Full Time front desk coordinator position who is very experienced in Eaglesoft , dental insurance processing and dental coding

5+ Years previous dental office front desk experience.

We are seeking a people person with excellent communication skills.
Must be very positive, kind, extremely reliable and Genuinely Happy!

Our growing dental office needs an experienced front desk coordinator very well versed in current general dentistry coding, submitting / negotiating insurance claims, understanding pre-estimates and EOBs and Eaglesoft software

We need someone with Dental Office Experience that possesses:
-A warm, sophisticated, and gracious personality with strong organizational skills
-That is well versed in dental computer software (Eaglesoft is the current software)
-Has a strong understanding of Dental coding
-Comfortable with all front desk duties which include, but are definitely not limited to; patient appointment coordinating, Dental treatment plan presentation
- Staff Scheduling

**all phases of insurance, submittal, collections, and recall.

This is a full time position-Monday through Thursday

Compensation will be based on experience.

**We prioritize patient experience, comfort and care. You should have a similar idealogy**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 35 per week
