Life & Health Insurance Broker (Independent Contractor)

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Life & Health Insurance Brokers to join our growing agency. As a broker, you will work independently while being supported with training, systems, and carrier access to help you build a successful book of business. This role is ideal for individuals looking to control their income, schedule, and career growth.

Responsibilities

Educate clients on life, health, Medicare, and supplemental insurance options
Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy reviews
Maintain compliance with state and carrier regulations
Build and manage your own client base through referrals, leads, and outreach
Provide ongoing customer support and policy servicing
Stay current on product offerings, industry changes, and compliance standards

Qualifications

Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
