Property Info

Situated along the scenic Charles River and overlooking the Boston skyline, the recently renovated Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge is a welcoming hotel conveniently located near Cambridge’s Kendall Square, the city and steps from some of the most prestigious universities such as MIT, Boston University and Harvard.

Our central location provides easy access to points of interest in both Cambridge & Boston!

Position Info

The Greeter/ Host supervises and coordinates activities of dining room to provide fast and courteous service to patrons: Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. Addresses complaints of patrons and ensures prompt and courteous service to guests. Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.

Full Time: need to have open availability, including over the weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No prior experience needed!
Read, write and speak English fluently
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
