Full Job Description

Lynch Landscape & Tree Service and our sister company, Leahy Landscaping, are looking for an experienced Aspire Software & Systems Manager to lead the rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of Aspire across both companies.

This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who already has strong working knowledge of Aspire Landscape Software and understands how it is used within a full-service landscape company. This person will serve as the primary Aspire resource for both organizations, helping our teams successfully implement the system, build consistent processes, and get the most out of the software long term.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Aspire implementation and rollout across Lynch Landscape & Tree Service and Leahy Landscaping.
Serve as the primary internal Aspire subject matter expert for both companies.
Work closely with leadership, operations, accounting, administrative staff, account managers, and other departments to ensure Aspire is configured and used effectively.
Evaluate current workflows and help translate them into efficient processes within Aspire.
Develop a structured Aspire training program for employees based on their roles and responsibilities.
Lead hands-on training sessions for individuals, departments, and groups.
Create training materials, guides, SOPs, and other resources employees can reference after training.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as employees learn and use the system.
Help establish consistent Aspire processes and best practices between both sister companies.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how Aspire is being utilized.
Assist with system setup, workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements.
Work with company leadership to prioritize implementation goals and keep the rollout on track.
Support onboarding and Aspire training for future employees.
Travel between Lynch Landscape & Tree Service and Leahy Landscaping locations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous hands-on experience with Aspire Landscape Software is required.
Strong understanding of Aspire functionality and how it supports the operations of a full-service landscape company.
Experience with software implementation, project management, process improvement, training, or a related role.
Landscape industry experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to understand how different departments operate and develop workflows that work across multiple teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable leading training sessions and working with employees with varying levels of technical experience.
Patient, approachable, and able to explain software and processes in a practical, easy-to-understand way.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep implementation projects moving forward.
Willing and able to travel between both sister companies as needed.

This is more than a software implementation position. We are looking for someone who can become the go-to Aspire resource for both companies. The right person will help us successfully launch Aspire, train our teams, create strong and consistent processes, and continue supporting and improving the system as our companies grow.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
