Job Description

We are seeking a Channel Account Manager - LATAM to drive brand growth and partnership engagement across the Latin American region.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind Synology’s expansion, acting as the primary bridge between Synology and our B2B partners to build strong, lasting relationships that fuel mutual success.

Your core focus will be on partner enablement and sales growth. While this is not a deeply technical role, you must possess a genuine passion for technology and the ability to present Synology’s solutions with confidence and professionalism. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders including distributors and resellers to unlock new business opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Partner Management & Solution Selling: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing resellers; deeply understand their business models and pain points to position Synology solutions effectively and help close deals.

· Channel Business Development: Identify and recruit new resellers to expand Synology’s market reach, business network, and customer base across the region

· CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate partner records and manage the regional pipeline.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal departments to streamline processes and achieve team sales targets

· Continuous Learning & Presentation Excellence: Stay continuously updated on the latest product knowledge and technology trends, with the ability to independently deliver professional and impactful presentations to partners and clients.

Qualifications:

Language:

· Native Spanish and professional English fluency (exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages)

· Professional Portuguese fluency is a plus

Education:

· Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college is required

· Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred

Experience:

2+ years of account management experience in Enterprise IT, B2B SaaS, or related technology fields
Proven ability to manage projects and schedules independently with minimal oversight
Solid understanding of enterprise storage, backup solutions, or IT infrastructure (Strongly Preferred)

Core Competencies & Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business partners and clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data management skills
Problem-solving mindset with a deep understanding of B2B client needs and business models

Job Type:

· Full-time

· Monday to Friday

· Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in Bellevue office)

· Occasional travel may be required

Pay: $60K-$80K per year
