Role Summary
The Onsite Program Manager will lead a highimpact marketplace platform program for a large enterprise client in a deliveryfocused clientfacing role This role involves endtoend program management strategic leadership and stakeholder management to ensure the programs objectives are met on time within budget and to the required quality and scope The Program Manager is accountable for planning executing and governing multiple project workstreams aligning project outcomes with the clients business goals and marketplace platform strategy3 This position demands strong leadership communication and organizational skills to coordinate crossfunctional teams and deliver a successful marketplace program that achieves the desired business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
The Program Manager will have full ownership of program delivery and governance Key responsibilities include
Program Planning Execution Develop a comprehensive program plan and schedule based on client needs establishing a scope budget and timeline baseline4 Oversee daytoday program execution including multiproject coordination resource planning and change management to keep all workstreams aligned with program goals
Delivery Management Drive the program to completion on time within budget and to scope5 Monitor progress across all projects implement rigorous milestone tracking and budget control and proactively manage variances to ensure the program stays on track and in control6
Risk Issue Management Anticipate potential risks and issues across projects Establish a structured risk and issue management process identify assess and mitigate risks promptly and effectively7 Develop actionable contingency plans to address project challenges and ensure minimal impact on timelines or deliverables
Stakeholder Communication Interface regularly with client and internal stakeholders at all levels providing clear updates on program status risks and achievements8 Prepare and deliver executivelevel reports to communicate progress and ensure stakeholder alignment Serve as the primary point of contact for programrelated communications managing expectations and facilitating issue escalation and resolution9
Quality Governance Enforce program governance processes and quality standards throughout the program lifecycle10 Conduct stage gate reviews and quality assurance checkpoints to ensure deliverables meet enterprise standards and contract requirements Maintain rigorous adherence to project management methodologies and clients compliance guidelines
Team Leadership Coordination Lead crossfunctional teams including project managers and technical leads in a matrix environment to ensure cohesive execution11 Foster collaboration among engineering product operations and other functional teams to meet integrated program milestones Provide mentorship and clear direction to project teams aligning their activities with the programs strategic objectives
Business Alignment Ensure the marketplace platforms development and deliverables align with the clients business objectives and marketplace strategy12 Collaborate with product owners architects and business analysts to incorporate marketplace best practices and requirements into the program Support development of business cases and ensure the program delivers expected business value and ROI
Required Qualifications Experience
Candidates for this role must meet the following qualifications
Experience 10 years of proven program and project management experience with a successful track record delivering largescale complex programs multimillion dollar budget multiphase projects of 1 year duration on time and within budget13
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Management or a related field advanced degree preferred Professional ProjectProgram Management Certification eg PMP PRINCE2 PgMP is highly desired14
Domain Knowledge Familiarity with digital marketplaces ecommerce platforms or largescale platform implementation projects Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex platform architectures and business models
Technical Business Acumen Strong understanding of software development lifecycles Agile methodologies and IT governance practices Ability to harmonize technical tasks with business priorities and encourage best practices in project execution15

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
