About B&J Roofing

Fifty years in business on the Eastside. We specialize in roof replacement for condos and single-family homes across Redmond, Bellevue, and the surrounding higher-end neighborhoods, and we've built the company on a best-practices approach to every job. Our people have been here for years because they understand what it takes to produce quality work job in and job out — and because doing that work well here means doing well financially. When property managers and general contractors need a roof done right the first time, they call us.

About the Role

This is a self-directed sales and estimating seat for someone who already knows roofing and already knows how to fill their own pipeline. You'll be selling premium replacement projects to property managers, general contractors, and homeowners — including large-contract opportunities with builders that come with a 50-year name behind you.

Your day-to-day:

Self-generating your pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals, past relationships, and community presence
Working the book of business and network you bring with you
Conducting property assessments and wear evaluations on condos and single-family homes
Building detailed estimates and presenting to property managers, GCs, and homeowners
Closing premium replacement projects across Redmond, Bellevue, and surrounding Eastside neighborhoods

What We're Looking For

Roofing sales experience - this is the profile we want. A strong sales track record in another home services vertical or in construction is a big plus
A book of business or an established network you can start working from day one
Genuinely self-generating - this is not an inbound-lead seat, and reps who need a lead handed to them don't last here
Strong technical command of roofing products and installation methods
Experience selling to property managers and general contractors (preferred)
Self-directed and consistent - nobody here is looking over your shoulder
A track record you can point to at your current or previous company

Compensation and Benefits

W-2 position, 10% commission, uncapped
