In this role, you will be a vital part of the Trimble Brand Team, helping execute our brand strategy and bringing our partnerships to life. You will gain foundational experience in sports marketing and event operations, working alongside experienced team members to deliver experiences that showcase Trimble's innovative technology and purpose-driven culture.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistical and administrative tasks for live events and brand activations, including shipping, catering, and vendor coordination.
Support senior team members in managing relationships with sports partners and internal stakeholders by tracking deliverables and timelines.
Monitor inventory of promotional assets and track shipping schedules to maximize brand visibility within the sports ecosystem.
Collaborate with creative and brand teams to coordinate high-quality messaging and setup across event platforms.
Maintain organized project files, task lists, and event calendars to ensure operational alignment and on-time delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
0.5 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong background in internships or campus leadership in sports marketing, event planning, or brand promotion.
Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic ability to engage with diverse audiences in writing and in person.
A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and see projects through from start to finish.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, inclusive environment.
Bonus Points for
Experience in B2B marketing or sales environments.
Familiarity with Trimble core industries like construction, geospatial, or transportation.
Logistics
Location: Westminster, CO; Portland, OR; Atlanta, GA (On-site at least 4 days per week)
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% across North America

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
