Collision Repair Estimator

Longmont, Colorado
$65,000 – $160,000+ Per Year

Join a High-Performing Collision Repair Team

A successful estimator does more than write repair estimates.

You keep repairs moving, communicate with customers and insurance partners, identify hidden damage before it becomes a problem, and help the entire shop stay productive.

A well-established collision repair facility in Longmont is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team committed to quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates
Identify additional damage during teardown and process supplements efficiently
Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and production staff throughout the repair process
Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and expectations
Work directly with insurance companies to obtain approvals and resolve claim questions
Help improve cycle time while maintaining repair quality and customer satisfaction
Deliver a professional, customer-focused repair experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Previous collision estimating experience required
Insurance claims experience required
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and blueprinting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced production environment
Experience with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex is preferred
Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to doing the job right
