Full Job Description

Business Systems & Integrations Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid in Louisville, Colorado (80027) preferred; remote candidates may be considered

Salary Range: $115,000–$145,000, based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions

Core Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Mountain Time

About the Role

A Cut Above Uniforms is seeking a Business Systems & Integrations Manager to improve the accuracy, organization, and performance of our product data, digital systems, and operational processes.

Reporting directly to the company president, this role will oversee agency partners, data specialists, and a junior systems specialist. You will help ensure that our systems work effectively together and support a seamless experience for customers, internal teams, and corporate accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, coordinating technical resources, and turning business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to improve product-data accuracy and consistency across two primary systems and three or more supporting applications.
Monitor and improve the integrity of data feeds and integrations between systems.
Manage the implementation of solutions within the e-commerce technology stack.
Develop, document, and execute processes for introducing new products and discontinuing existing products.
Provide Marketing with reliable reporting and support data-driven A/B testing initiatives.
Manage ERP consultants and ensure that consulting resources deliver measurable business value.
Coordinate the work of internal team members, outside agencies, and specialized consultants.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and automate recurring processes.

Initial Projects and Priorities

Manage e-commerce enhancements in partnership with outside agencies.
Expand product syndication to Google Shopping and social commerce platforms.
Improve order-processing workflows.
Develop stock-status automations.
Improve and automate customer communications.
Train and optimize the company’s AI chatbot.
Improve and automate shipping processes.
Synchronize cost and pricing data from the ERP.
Develop customer-service issue tracking and trend reporting.
Modernize the company’s phone system.
Clean up and improve the product-review aggregation system.
Consolidate merchant-processing systems.

Product data is accurate, organized, consistent, and scalable as the company grows.
Manual work is reduced through automation, system improvements, and better workflows.
Processes are streamlined across teams, resulting in greater efficiency and fewer errors.
Internal teams have reliable reporting and better visibility into customer behavior and trends.

Technology partners and consultants are well managed and deliver clear business value.
