We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Insurance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, selling products, and resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive company image.
Assist in sales administration tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Support telemarketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers.
Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining customer relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
