What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our Finance team, contributing to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization. Your work will help ensure financial integrity and support strategic decision-making across the business.

You will:

Bring fresh ideas to improve accounting processes and drive efficiencies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and People teams
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial documentation
Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify trends
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
Own sales tax filings and manage multi-state compliance (TaxJar)
Run U.S. payroll and manage adjustments and pre-tax contributions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Lead and mentor Staff Accountants, including reviewing work and coaching

Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems

Nice to Have

CPA (or in progress)
Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
Experience supporting audits and internal controls
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
