CONTENT COORDINATOR

Join us at Boulder Blooms Flower Shop! We are a busy wedding, event and delivery floral design studio in Boulder, CO. We strive to integrate our ethos (or, what we call our “petals”) into everything that we do: Collaboration, Passion, Warmth, and Sustainability. Our mission is to delight our customers through designing flowers that enhance each and every one of life’s moments. We are looking for someone to join us who loves flowers, plants, and people as much as we do!

Position Summary:

The Content Coordinator will maintain the Boulder Blooms website, and assist with Marketing initiatives ranging from email design to social media. The Content Coordinator works closely with the General Manager to develop and execute creative concepts, seasonal collections, wedding and event floral promotions, and general marketing initiatives that strengthen brand recognition, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

This position combines creativity, organization, and operational support to ensure the Boulder Blooms experience remains elevated, cohesive, and aligned with the company's values and aesthetic.

What you will be doing:

Website Management (Shopify experience required)

Take ownership of the website, ensuring all products, collections, images, copywriting, pricing, and inventory remain accurate and up to date.
Regularly refresh website content to reflect current offerings, seasonal promotions, and brand priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance.

Marketing & Social Media

Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, emails, promotions, and social media initiatives.
Assist in developing creative concepts and content that support seasonal collections, holidays, events, and brand storytelling.
Organize photography, visual assets, and brand content as needed.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
Assist with seasonal photoshoots as needed.

Operations & Studio Support

Assist with daily operational needs to ensure the studio runs efficiently.
Support teammates during busy periods and holiday rushes as needed.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the business.

Traits you possess:

Highly efficient
Strong attention to detail, desire for organization, and clean record keeping
Committed to elite customer service
Flexibility and easy going attitude to adjust to constantly shifting business priorities
Willingness to lend a hand to whatever task is necessary
A desire to create organized and efficient systems
Open, clear, and direct (but friendly!) communication skills to help manage a diverse team of people
Fluency with Shopify, MailChimp, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, smart phones, and other computer skills
Experience with social media, marketing, and branding
Experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design and/or Customer Experience Design is a plus

Additional Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge of flower and plant varieties and care
An appreciation and eye for a high-end design
Floral or Event experience
