Full Job Description

Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. We have both Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment. At Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation our large, collaborative team creates an environment focused on improving resident outcomes while also enhancing your clinical skills. You will be part of a dedicated, leadership-driven team that is fully committed to the success of the facility. We provide unwavering support throughout your professional journey to ensure your continued growth and success.

We are a 5 start CMS rated facility and have exceptional staffing ratios! Our facility is now accepting new graduates.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Position Title: Registered Nurse

Job Type: Full-Time, Nights, 6pm-6am, PRN for all shifts (Skilled Nursing)

Location: Boulder, CO

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

Qualifications for Job Title Goes Here:

Active RN License.
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, especially related to long-term care.
Proven experience in staff development, performance management, and team leadership.
Strong skills in clinical oversight, quality assurance, and patient safety practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and regulatory agencies.
Preferred to have minimum 1 year skilled nursing experience

Experience:

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with elderly and vulnerable populations.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated experience overseeing nursing operations in a long-term nursing care facility.
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Experience representing nursing leadership during inspections, surveys, and audits
