Account Manager
We’re looking for a dedicated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help nurture new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, consultative sales environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, seasonal business model.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding, customer-first service via phone and email.
Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and close sales.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Olive & Cocoa’s products, branding, and processes.
Process orders and coordinate branded packaging materials.
Send personalized, high-touch follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Cultivate long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate cross-functionally and support other departments during peak seasons.
Assist with training and onboarding of seasonal team members.
Manage a personal book of business with a target of $800,000+ in annual sales.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in account management or B2B sales.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools or internal systems (e.g., Intranet, Response) a plus.
Strong ability to upsell, cross-sell, and build client rapport.

Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and photocopiers.

Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent sitting, talking, and hearing. Movement throughout the office may be necessary to access equipment or supplies. The position involves regular use of a computer, keyboard, and standard office tools. Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds may be required. Strong visual acuity is essential for tasks such as reading data, transcribing, and working on a computer.
