Administrative Assistant

John’s Auto Service & Repair has proudly served the Frankfort community since 2001. We believe in honesty, quality workmanship, and treating every customer like family. We’re looking for an organized, friendly, dependable Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

If you’re someone who notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked, enjoys staying organized, and loves providing excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
Schedule appointments.
Support our service advisor by answering phones when they are assisting customers.
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations and declined repairs.

Office Administration

Process customer invoices and payments.
File and organize repair orders.
Manage incoming mail and email.
Order office supplies.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Keep the customer waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Marketing & Customer Relations

Respond to online customer reviews.
Assist with social media posts.
Help coordinate customer appreciation events and promotions.

Warranty & Administrative Support

Process warranty paperwork.
Communicate with vendors when needed.
Assist the owner and service advisor with daily administrative tasks.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience.
Administrative or office experience.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email.
Strong typing and computer skills.
