What You'll Do

Answer inbound phone calls and internet inquiries
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle availability and dealership promotions
Re-engage previous customers and unsold prospects
Confirm upcoming appointments
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
Communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
