Full Job Description

One of our automotive clients is looking for a Data Coordinator in Bowling Green, KY.

Duration: 12 - months position (May go Longer)

Pay rate: -$16.50

Number of positions: -01

Shift: -

· Onsite – 1st shift – identify hours once they have a candidate and work around their school schedule

· Monday – Friday but can be flexible on what days they are in office, not a strict schedule requirement

· Ideal candidate is a college student – a lot of people who work here are college students at the local university. They will work around their school schedule – very flexible.

· Max 32 hours per week, can work less hours than this if needed

Job Responsibilities: -

Part-time student employees expected to have the following expectations:

· Learn currently available AI tools

· Learn new AI tools as they are deployed

· Develop practical uses for AI tools to drive value to BG Assembly plant

· Teach / Train BG employees in AI tools

· Develop AI agents to perform tasks inside of BG Assembly

· Business Group – Assembly site, this role is going to be focused on AI, Developed and AI tool kit and there are a lot of training on these tools, they are looking for the student to be someone who can learn the tools, taking in projects, research and set up the tools, teaching other salary employees on how to use the tools they developed and researched. They want someone who has interest in AI tools, experience with AI tools is a plus not required

· Chance for an extension – yes, very likely

· Day to day breakdown

· Very little structured meetings

· Daily interaction with others on projects

· Short term - really independent learning and researching with existing materials and getting trained on the tools they already have

· Longer term – have a list of potential projects and this person would pull from this list and work on those, take a project/idea run through it and see if they can develop a tool using their AI software to execute that project. If successful, teach and train others on how to use it.

Projects will be measured in weeks not days/hours

· Interaction level with the team – team size is around 20-30 salaried and other student employees, sitting right next to 2 other students, working hand in hand with other students, open office very collaborative.

· Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED and is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

· Years of experience: focused more on education instead of previous job history, most of the candidates will likely not have any experience, looking at their major/classwork and any projects they have worked on

· Not looking for – computer science major who is going to write code and develop from scratch, want someone who can work with the existing tools, want help on the user interface side

Bonus:

· Any level of coursework or project work that is in the AI space

Soft skills:

· Eager/active learner – learn on their own and not always told what they need to do

· Want someone who is interested in learning AI tools

Self-starter

· Good communication skills – interacting with people at different levels

· Someone that can deal with ambiguity well – thrive in an environment with minimal structure

· Active student – enrolled in a 4-year degree

Pay: $16.50 per hour
