Full Job Description

Sales Representative (In-Person | Phone & Text Sales) Base + Commission + Bonus | No Cold Calling | $65,000–$80,000+

Location: Van Buren, OH but only a short commute from Findlay or Bowling Green!

Schedule: 5 Day Work Week Monday–Saturday (Wednesday or Thursday off), 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We provide the leads. You close the deals.

Overview: We are expanding our award-winning, industry-leading sales team and are looking for a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join us. In this role, you will work exclusively with inbound leads, providing customized quotes and closing deals with customers searching for their ideal building solution.

This position reports in person to our #1 Sales Location in Van Buren, OH. The position focuses on walk in customer, website, and social media inquiries/opportunities and is not door-to-door or high-pressure retail. We provide leads daily—no cold calling, ever.

What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly to inbound phone, internet, and text inquiries- A majority of your sales will occur over the phone.
Meet with customers at the lot and quote/close them in person (5-10 per week).
Consult with customers to understand their shed, barn, or steel building needs
Present product options, pricing, and payment solutions
Build trust and guide customers from first contact to closed sale
Manage and track leads using our CRM system
Help with day-to-day lot activities, maintaining the lot etc.
Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred (phone or in-person)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, driven, and goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
Organized and reliable work ethic

You do not need to know storage buildings before you start.
