Overview
Come lead our expectational team in Bowman North Dakota. We are seeking a dedicated experienced Restaurant Manager to guide our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food management and service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, take shifts as needed and ensure customer satisfaction while driving the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies/food and monitoring stock levels.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in food service and customer interaction.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members.
Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure culinary excellence and timely food preparation.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall dining experience.
Analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications

2+ Years proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food management principles.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
