Full Job Description

Project Director Job Responsibilities/Duties: NOT A REMOTE OPENING.
6 month & 1 Year Hire on Bonus.

· Reports to the Executive Director of C.O.R.E. Keeps the Executive Director informed on all activities and progress. Meets weekly with the Executive Director.

· Develops and implements a plan to target all applicable grant requirements to meet stated goals and objectives. Documenting progress and timelines on a regular basis, as well as keeping detailed daily work logs.

· Communicates C.O.R.E.’s expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing volunteer contributions.

· Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans.

· Supports and achieves strategic objectives individually and as a working team.

· Protects C.O.R.E.’s assets, trademarks, copyrights.

· Complies with all local, state, and federal compliance for non-profit 501(c)3 operation.

· Oversees multiple project activities.

· Supports and enforces C.O.R.E.’s policies and procedures. Recommends updates to keep policies and procedures current.

· Implements programs as a team member with productivity, quality, and C.O.R.E. standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements.

· All assigned duties pertaining to C.O.R.E. 's Virtual Driving Simulator (VDI). This is the very newest part of Freshman Impact and is being implemented throughout the state into the schools and state entities as requested.

· Assists in the planning and preparing of all C.O.R.E. programs and events.

· Assists in set-up for all C.O.R.E. programs and events; overseeing Local Coordinators during the program; evaluating learning presentations; and ensuring all equipment/ materials are reloaded at the end of program.

· Performs evaluations, research & analyzes all programs, and follows up at all programs. Making changes where needed according to analyzed evaluations.

· Promotes and supports C.O.R.E. beliefs with positive interactions in all situations, whether personally, physically, or digitally.

· Develops, implements, and maintains annual fundraising strategies and activities to generate non-profit revenue.

· Assists volunteers in program fundraising efforts at the community level.

· Assists in the training and continuing education of local coordinators and all other volunteers.

· Some evenings/weekend work and travel are required during scheduled program times.

· All other duties as assigned.

· Self-starter, Accuracy & good communication skills are essential.

· Must complete tasks in a timely manner.

Project Director Required Qualifications / Skills:

· Staffing, planning, and people management

· Team player

· Managing performance and profitability

· Financial planning and strategy

· Knowledge and experience working with Google Platforms.

· Promoting process improvement

· Strategic planning

· Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing C.O.R.E.’s vision

· Familiar with multiple social media platforms

· Must pass a criminal background investigation.

· Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

· Fundraising Experience

Education and Experience preferred:

· Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in relevant industry.

· Minimum 1-3 years’ management experience.

· College Degree Preferred, or a mixture of the above.

10 Paid Holidays & 2 weeks’ vacation annually.
