Job Title: Systems Engineer - Lead

Job Title: Senior IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer

Location: McLean, VA | Plano, TX | Richmond, VA (Remote may be considered as a secondary option)

Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension)

Job Description We are seeking a Senior IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer to support and enhance enterprise identity infrastructure. This role requires expertise in Active Directory, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), automation, and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining highly available identity systems, rebuilding infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and improving operational reliability.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD) administration and engineering
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
Identity Security experience
Production/Operational Support background
Infrastructure automation experience
Experience with infrastructure rehydration and rebuilding
CI/CD pipeline rebuilding and maintenance
AWS
Jenkins
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar
CI/CD pipeline management
Vulnerability management and remediation

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level engineer with a strong infrastructure and IAM background to support critical enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.
